Agent Company MCP Server: Documentation

The OffshoreProz Agent Company MCP is a hosted, remote MCP server that lets an AI agent form a real legal company (a Wyoming LLC from $299 or a Nevis LLC) to own the agent, contain its liability and document its authority. A human owner always completes KYC and approves the filing. Start free with the agent_company_diagnostic tool: no API key needed.

This is a separate server from the OffshoreProz Agent API (api.offshoreproz.com/mcp), documented in the API Docs.

Auth	Sign in with a free Smithery account (your MCP client opens the login). Free tools need no OffshoreProz API key. Can the AI agent own the company?

No. The company owns the agent's operations and assets; a human is the beneficial owner and the agent acts as an authorized delegate under the Agent Charter.

Which clients work?
